XII. Cancellation
The cancellation math, written down.
When you book a date with us, we turn away other inquiries for that same date. So our cancellation policy is structured around how much advance notice you can give us to rebook.
60+ days before the event
Full refund of deposit, minus a $50 admin fee.
30–60 days before
50% of deposit refunded. The other 50% covers the dates we already turned away.
14–30 days before
Deposit forfeited. No additional charges.
Within 14 days
Deposit forfeited + 50% of the remaining balance. By this point we've already declined two or three other inquiries.
Force majeure — extreme weather, venue closure, public emergency — we reschedule at no charge.
Wilmer or Briana sick the day of? Same. We send a vetted backup bartender at no extra cost, or we reschedule.
If anything feels unfair given your situation, message us. We are two humans, not a corporation.
