What we collect, what we don't.

What we collect. Your name, email, event type, and event date when you submit the booking form. Optional notes if you write them. That's it.

Where it lives. Inquiries land in Netlify Forms and Wilmer's inbox. Nothing is shared, sold, or sent to ad networks. We don't have a CRM. We don't have retargeting pixels.

Cookies. The site uses none for tracking. Some browsers store the dark-mode preference locally — that's it.

Photos at your event. We sometimes ask before taking a photo of the bar setup for our portfolio. If you'd rather we didn't, say so — we don't. Photos that already include guests' faces are blurred or excluded.

Deletion. Want your inquiry removed? Email wilmer@opentabevents.com and it's gone within 7 days.
