X. Terms of service
How we work, in plain language.
You book us by signing a one-page contract and paying a 30% deposit. We hold the date the day the deposit clears.
You supply the alcohol. We bring the bar, the tools, the ice, the bartenders, and the cleanup. If you want us to source mixers or specialty garnishes, ask before the event.
Final guest count and timeline are due 14 days before the event. We size staffing and ice off that number. Changes after 14 days are accommodated when possible but may shift the price.
We operate under a Colorado Solicitor's Permit and carry $2M general liability. We do not over-serve. If a guest is visibly intoxicated, we will refuse service. That is the law in Colorado and it is our policy.
We do not transport leftover alcohol. Open bottles go home with you or to the venue's storage.
If you have specific dietary or accessibility needs — gluten-free mixers, alcohol-free menus, accessible bar height — tell us upfront. We accommodate them at no extra cost.
